Following receipt of your payment please allow 2-3 working days for delivery. All small orders are delivered via NZ Couriers. All larger items are delivered with Mainstream. All products can be delivered to rural addresses but not P.O. boxes.
All items shipped require a signature upon delivery. Please ensure that you include a contact phone number with your delivery address. Orders confirmed and paid before 10am will usually be dispatched the same business day on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. We don't dispatch Tuesdays and Thursdays.
North Island orders are normally received within two-four business days after payment is confirmed. South Island deliveries require up to four working days, or up to five days for rural addresses.
Requests to return goods must be submitted within 7 business days from the date of receiving the goods, and the original invoice number must be quoted. Where goods are accepted (either for replacement or refund at our discretion) they must be delivered at the buyer's expense to our depot in original condition and packaging. If you have changed your mind or ordered the incorrect product, the buyer will cover the costs of freight to and from the delivery address. If goods are faulty or damaged Kiwi Living will cover the cost of return. We will credit the cost of the postage to you account. Where goods are returned in damaged or substandard condition additional fees maybe charged. Returns for orders paid by credit card will be credited electronically back to your credit card account. Returns for orders paid by direct credit will be credited electronically to your bank account.

If you are not happy with your product , send it back to us within 7 days of the date of purchase, in the original packaging and we will refund your money, no questions asked. All Kiwi Living's products are backed up by our Kiwi Living 'Stamp of Quality' which means we will repair or replace any product proven to be defective within 12 months.
